Corporation Bank should see to improve in customer satisfaction and services , they are still in the outdated system of waiting for long hours to get a job done . Seems it is more interested in doing such program , It is big time they need a corporate image change and also d software technologies , If you go for a branch you hardly see some chairs to sit and we also see to that the person serving the customer is not as much customer friendly. It badly needs to make it branches d with a proper interior designer . A/V systems / Software etc .. Then i am sure this bank will do wonders
