Moodbidri: CNG vehicle overturns near Aikala Kammaje, major disaster averted

Moodbidri, May 31: A CNG vehicle heading from Kinnigoli towards Moodbidri lost control and overturned by the roadside near Aikala Kammaje on Sunday.

The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries in the accident. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Kinnigoli for primary treatment. He is reportedly out of danger and recovering.

Locals suspect that the driver's reckless and high-speed driving was the primary cause of the mishap.

The Moodbidri police have visited the incident spot and are currently conducting an investigation.
