Mangaluru: Milagres Central School welcomes students for new academic year

Mangaluru, Jun 1: Milagres Central School commenced the academic year 2026–27 with enthusiasm and joy as students returned to campus with renewed hope and eagerness for learning.

A special assembly was held to mark the beginning of the new academic session. The programme commenced with a prayer seeking blessings for a successful and fruitful year ahead.

Addressing the gathering, principal Fr Uday Fernandes encouraged students to work hard, remain disciplined, and make the most of the opportunities available to them during the academic year.

He also introduced the newly appointed staff members, who were warmly welcomed by the students and faculty.

To celebrate the occasion, sweets were distributed to all students, adding to the festive atmosphere on campus.

The opening day concluded on a positive and inspiring note, setting the tone for a productive, enriching, and successful academic year for the entire school community.
