New Delhi, Jun 5: Artificial intelligence and national security solutions provider Innefu Labs has secured USD 30 million (around Rs 286 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Singapore-based growth equity firm Panthera Growth Partners.
The investment, comprising a mix of primary and secondary transactions, is expected to support the company's plans for international expansion and preparations for a future initial public offering (IPO).

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to strengthen deep-tech research and development, expand its global footprint, advance its proprietary agentic AI platform, and establish a dedicated robotics and physical AI division. The firm also plans to develop sovereign AI infrastructure and domain-specific language models.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in New Delhi, Innefu Labs provides AI-powered data analytics and cybersecurity solutions for defence, intelligence, law enforcement and revenue intelligence agencies. The company said it currently has a growing order book worth more than Rs 100 crore across critical government sectors.
Commenting on the development, Co-Founder and CEO Tarun Wig said the funding would help accelerate innovation and strengthen autonomous decision-support systems, while supporting India's ambitions in sovereign AI capabilities.
Panthera Growth Partners Founder and Managing Partner Shilpa Kulkarni said the investment was driven by Innefu’s strong proprietary technology, domain expertise and proven performance in mission-critical security environments.
Innefu Labs also reported strong financial growth in FY25, posting a net profit of Rs 34.2 crore, up nearly 90 per cent from Rs 18 crore in the previous fiscal. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 103 crore from Rs 62.7 crore a year earlier.
