Mangaluru, Jun 8: Veena D'Souza (49), assistant teacher at the Government Higher Primary School, Deralakatte, and a resident of Ranipur, passed away on Sunday following a brief illness.
She is survived by her husband, family members and a large circle of relatives and well-wishers.
According to family sources, the funeral will be held on June 9 at 4 pm at Lady Queen of Universe Church.
Her demise has been mourned by colleagues, students and members of the local community.
