Mangaluru, Jun 16: The Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, organised a painting competition on June 12. The event was conducted with the objective of encouraging creativity, artistic expression, and innovative thinking among students. Students from II year and III-year BBA Aviation Management and BBA Aviation and Logistics Management programs participated in the competition and actively displayed their artistic skills through their paintings.
The competition was conducted with an open theme, providing students with the freedom to express their thoughts, ideas, and perspectives through colours and artistic techniques. Each participant presented a unique concept, reflecting their creativity, observation skills, and individual style. The paintings showcased a wide range of themes and ideas, highlighting the students’ talent and passion for art beyond academics.








The winners of the painting competition were recognized for their outstanding creativity and presentation. Srujan Mohan Achari from II-year BBA Aviation and Logistics Management secured the first place. Santhra T S from final year BBA Aviation Management secured the second place. The third place was shared by Pragathi Prakash Acharya and Krishnapriya from II-year BBA Aviation Management. Their achievements were appreciated, and all participants were encouraged for their enthusiastic involvement and creative efforts.
The painting competition was successfully organized under the guidance and support of the Dr Pavithra Kumari, dean, Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, SWO officer, HODs, faculty members, student coordinators and staff members. Their valuable contribution ensured the smooth execution and effective management of the event. The programme concluded with appreciation for all participants and organizers, making it a memorable and enriching experience for the students of the Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University.
