St Theresa’s School hosts vibrant ‘Discover Your House Spirit’ activity

Mangaluru, Jun 17: The students of grades 3 to 5 of St Theresa’s School participated enthusiastically in the House Introduction Activity titled ‘Discover Your House Spirit’, held on Jun 16 in the school auditorium.

The programme was attended by the vice principal, Sr Vidya, along with the teachers. The session commenced with a prayer service seeking God’s blessings for the event. The house leaders of blue house, green house, red house, and yellow house drew chits to determine the order of their presentations.

The students creatively showcased the significance of their respective house colours and the values they represent. Through songs, speeches, skits, slogans, and coordinated displays, each house highlighted its unique spirit and identity.

Addressing the gathering, Sr Vidya congratulated all the participants for their enthusiasm, confidence, and teamwork. She appreciated blue house for effectively portraying the values of strength, unity, and perseverance. She also commended green house for creatively expressing harmony, growth, and care for nature; red house for presenting courage, determination, and leadership; and yellow house for demonstrating joy, positivity, and optimism.

The activity provided a wonderful platform for students to develop confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of house spirit. Every participant contributed wholeheartedly, proudly sharing why their house is special while recognising that all four houses together play an important role in the success of the school.

The programme concluded on a joyful note, leaving everyone inspired and motivated to uphold the values of their respective houses.
