Mumbai, Jun 18: Italian multinational FILA Group, one of the promoters of DOMS Industries, has divested a 7 per cent stake in the company for Rs 934 crore through open market transactions, according to bulk deal data on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
FILA Group (Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini SPA) sold over 42.48 lakh equity shares in two tranches at a price range of Rs 2,200.07–Rs 2,200.55 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of Rs 934.74 crore.

Following the sale, FILA Group’s stake in DOMS Industries has reduced from 26.01 per cent to 19.01 per cent. The overall promoter and promoter group holding also declined from 70.39 per cent to 63.39 per cent.
Meanwhile, domestic institutional investors SBI Mutual Fund and Axis Mutual Fund increased their exposure in the company by jointly acquiring a 2.13 per cent stake for Rs 284.77 crore.
SBI Mutual Fund purchased 9.32 lakh shares (1.54 per cent stake), while Axis Mutual Fund acquired 3.61 lakh shares (0.6 per cent stake), both at an average price of around Rs 2,200 per share.
After the transaction, SBI Mutual Fund’s holding in DOMS Industries stands at 5.88 per cent, while Axis Mutual Fund’s stake rose to 3.18 per cent as of the March quarter.
Other buyers involved in the deal could not be immediately identified from exchange data.
Following the block deal, shares of DOMS Industries edged up by over 1 per cent to trade at Rs 2,356.20 on Thursday.
Notably, this is not the first time FILA Group has trimmed its stake, having earlier divested a 4.6 per cent holding in December 2024 for Rs 798 crore.
