Mangaluru: Snehalaya to host Kevin Misquith's charity musical evening on Jun 21

Mangaluru, Jun 20: Snehalaya Charitable Institution, which has been providing continuous services in the rescue, care, treatment, healthcare and rehabilitation of persons with mental illness since 2009, has emerged as a well-known and respected organisation in the Mangaluru and Kasargod regions.

Over the past 17 years, the institution has rescued and rehabilitated more than 1,750 residents, helping them recover and reunite with their families while facilitating their reintegration into society.

To support the implementation of its various projects, meet the needs of its current 375 residents, provide psychiatric treatment, de-addiction services, education for family members with special needs, and other welfare initiatives, the institution has organised a musical extravaganza on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 6 pm at Town Hall, Mangaluru.

The programme is spearheaded by Kevin Misquith, a renowned musician and noted entrepreneur. A celebrated lyricist, music composer and singer, Kevin has produced six music albums and has performed in more than 53 musical shows across the world. He has captivated audiences in countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Oman and Bahrain.

After a long hiatus of seven years, Kevin is set to return to the stage with a grand comeback musical concert.

All funds raised through the entertainment programme will be donated towards Snehalaya's humanitarian service activities and welfare initiatives.
