Vasco, Jun 26: The Vasco Railway Police Station recovered a lost smartphone worth around ?25,000 and returned it to its rightful owner following swift police action.
According to Goa Police, personnel at the Vasco Railway Police Station launched an immediate search after receiving a complaint regarding the missing mobile phone. Their prompt efforts led to the successful tracing and recovery of the device.
After completing the required legal formalities, the recovered smartphone was handed over to its owner.
Goa Police appreciated the efforts of the Vasco Railway Police Station personnel, stating that the timely recovery reflected their commitment to providing efficient public service and ensuring the prompt resolution of cases involving lost property.
