Mangaluru, Jul 1: Malabar Gold & Diamonds, celebrated Doctors’ Day, Chartered Accountants’ Day, and Journalism Day at its Mangaluru showroom on July 1, recognizing the invaluable contributions of professionals from the medical, accounting, and media sectors.

Honourees from the chartered accountancy sector
• CA Shantharam Shetty – Proprietor of Shantharam Shetty & Co.
• CA Shabana – Recognized as one of the pioneering Muslim women chartered accountants and an inspiration to aspiring professionals.
• CA Yashaswini K Amin – Achieved the distinction of clearing all chartered accountancy examinations on her first attempt at the age of 22.
Honourees from the journalism sector
• Harish Rai – President, Mangalore Press Club.
• Prasanna Poojary – Veteran journalist with 21 years of experience in the field of journalism.
• Shreekanth Rao B P - 26 years of experience in the field of journalism.
