England, Australia clash in Women's T20 World Cup final on Sunday

Daijiworld Media Network – London

London, Jul 5: England will face Australia in the final of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup at Lord's Cricket Ground in London on Sunday, with both teams entering the title clash unbeaten in the tournament.

Six-time champions Australia secured their place in the final after defeating the West Indies in the semi-finals, while hosts England booked their spot with a 40-run victory over South Africa, extending their winning streak to six matches.

Australia will be aiming to win a record-extending seventh Women's T20 World Cup title, while England will look to lift the trophy for the second time after their triumph in the inaugural edition in 2009.

The summit clash at the iconic Lord's is expected to be played before a sell-out crowd, with England hoping home advantage can help them end Australia's dominance in women's cricket.
