Shivani brings laurels to SJEC with Miss Karnataka 2026 second runner-up title

Mangaluru, Jul 8: Shivani, an alumnus of Computer Science and Data Science (CSDS, Batch of 2022–2026), secured the second runner-up title at the Miss Karnataka Pageant 2026, bringing pride to the institution with her remarkable achievement. She was also honoured with the prestigious “Beautiful Smile” title for her grace, confidence, and stage presence.

The Miss Karnataka Pageant 2026 was organised by SG Fashion Management and held at Forum Fiza Mall, Mangaluru, on June 22.

The event commenced and featured 13 contestants in the Miss category, providing a platform for young women across Karnataka to showcase their talent, confidence, personality, and communication skills.  

The pageant was judged by Suraj Sanil, Aishwarya Shetty, and Harshita Shiruru, who evaluated the contestants across multiple rounds based on confidence, stage presence, personality, communication, and overall performance.

Shivani’s outstanding performance and dual achievements reflect her dedication, confidence, and perseverance. Her success is a proud moment for the institution and serves as an inspiration for fellow students to pursue excellence in both academics and extracurricular activities.

The management, principal, faculty, staff, and students of SJEC have congratulated Shivani on this remarkable achievement and wished her continued success in all future endeavours.
