Bristol, Jul 9: Indian left-arm spinner R Sai Kishore has signed with Gloucestershire for the final six matches of the ongoing County Championship season.
The Tamil Nadu cricketer is expected to make his debut for the county in its fixture against Worcestershire at Cheltenham, beginning on August 20. Gloucestershire will then host Derbyshire and Middlesex before travelling to face Durham, Lancashire and Kent in the remaining matches of the season.

Expressing his delight, Sai Kishore said he was grateful for the opportunity to represent a club with a rich history and was eager to test his skills in English conditions.
"I've always wanted to test my skills in English conditions, and after speaking with the management, I knew this was the right fit," he said.
Gloucestershire Director of Cricket Jon Lewis welcomed the signing, describing Sai Kishore as an experienced player who would strengthen the squad during the crucial final phase of the championship.
Lewis said the club hoped the left-arm spinner would make a significant impact, particularly as late-season English conditions often favour spin bowling.
Sai Kishore joins Gloucestershire with an impressive first-class record, having claimed 223 wickets in 54 matches for Tamil Nadu in the Ranji Trophy, including 14 five-wicket hauls.
He also has prior experience in county cricket, having represented Surrey during the 2025 County Championship season. During that stint, he claimed his maiden five-wicket haul in the competition and dismissed former England batter Jonny Bairstow for his first Championship wicket.
The 28-year-old has also featured in the Indian Premier League, taking 33 wickets in 28 matches at an average of 21.12.
At the international level, Sai Kishore was part of India's gold medal-winning cricket team at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, where he played a key role in the semi-final victory before India went on to win the title.
