Mangaluru, Jul 14: Another song from the movie ‘Picture’, starring newcomer Nithyaprakash Bantwal, has been released and is now trending widely. ‘Gokulada Radhe’, sung by Dwapara fame Jaskaran Singh, is creating a huge buzz.
The film ‘Picture’ has been directed by Sandeep Bedra and produced by Shilpa Ganesh under the Golden Movies banner. Interestingly, producer Shilpa Ganesh herself has lent her voice to the song ‘Gokulada Radhe’, drawing appreciation from audiences.
The movie is set for release in both Tulu and Kannada languages. The Kannada lyrics for ‘Gokulada Radhe’ have been penned by Arasu Anthare, while the Tulu version has been written by Keerthan Bhandary. Music for the song has been composed by Samuel Abhi. Sung by Jaskaran Singh and Shilpa Ganesh, the song has been released on the Anand Audio YouTube channel and has received an overwhelming response, garnering a large number of views in both languages.
A special highlight is that the song was shot in Kashmir. ‘Picture’ is the first Tulu film to be shot in Kashmir. Earlier, the song ‘Thaka Thaka Nalipuga’ from the movie had already entered the hit list, and now ‘Gokulada Radhe’ is following the same path.
The movie ‘Picture’ is scheduled for release in Kannada and Tulu on July 24. Nithyaprakash Bantwal plays the lead role, while Amrutha Sudu stars as the heroine. The cast also includes Devadas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Sai Krishna, Vajradeer Jain, Sadashiva Amin, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty Manibettu, Umesh Mijar, Jayasheela Maroli, Roopa Varkady, Ravi Ramakunja, Pushparaj Bolar, Anil Uppala and others.
Produced under the Golden Movies banner, ‘Picture’ has story, screenplay and dialogues written by director Sandeep Bedra himself. Cinematography has been handled by Santosh Rai Pathaje and Chandrashekhar K S, editing by Raju Aryan, choreography by Dhananjay B and Sriraju, art direction by Radhesh and Santosh Poojary, and action direction by Thriller Manju.
