Respectlos people.Such people should be kicked out of office who dont know the manners how to deal persons in office.Give respect and you recieve respect. When people come to office for some official works then it their duty to see whats to be done or not. They are paid for it ,but not for abusing others or to act shameless.Complain with Police immediately.
