Kasargod, Jul 25: Vidyanagar police have arrested a man accused in multiple cases related to the trafficking and sale of narcotic substances in Kasargod district.

The arrested accused has been identified as Mohammed Abubacker, a resident of Fourth Mile near Chengala.

Police said several cases related to drug trafficking have been registered against him at various police stations across the district.

Cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act have been registered against him at the Vidyanagar, Melparamba, and Adur police stations.
