Mangaluru, Jul 26: The Commission for Education of Rosario Cathedral, Mangalore, under the guidance of the Parish Pastoral 21 Commissions organised UNNATI – Empowering students for scholarships & competitive examinations on Sunday, July 26 at the Rosario Conference Hall. The programme witnessed an enthusiastic participation of students, parents, and educators eager to explore opportunities for higher education and career advancement.
The programme aimed to create awareness about various scholarship schemes, educational assistance, educational loans, and competitive examinations, while encouraging students to pursue academic excellence with confidence.













Mahammed Nazeer H from the minority department, explained the various scholarship schemes, educational assistance, and financial aid available through government departments, encouraging students to make the best use of these opportunities to pursue higher education.
Francis J B D'Cunha, principal of Infant Mary English Medium High School, Katipalla, delivered an insightful talk on competitive examinations. He highlighted the importance of early preparation, goal setting, disciplined study habits, and awareness of various national and state-level competitive examinations. His practical guidance and motivational message inspired students to prepare confidently for future academic and career challenges.
Lynette D’Souza, convenor of the Commission for Education, welcomed the gathering.
Fr Pradeep Rodrigues of Rosario Cathedral, Aldrin Vaz, coordinator of the Parish Pastoral 21 Commissions, Cyril Rosario, vice president of Parish Pastoral Council and Ida Furtado, secretary of Parish Pastoral Council, were present on the occasion.
