Mangaluru, Jul 27: Srinivas University, Institute of Occupational Therapy successfully organized the 2-Day Interbatch Indoor Sports Competitions for Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) students on July 17 and 20, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical fitness among students.
On July 17, carrom and chess competitions were conducted at the Srinivas University new campus, Mangalore, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, with enthusiastic participation from students across all batches.





The second day, held on July 20, featured badminton at Perfect Pass Badminton Court, Falnir, and tug of war at the Srinivas University new city campus.
The badminton tournament was inaugurated in the presence of Supriya Adiga, physical education director, Srinivas University, Pandeshwar Campus; Pranam Shetty, physical education director, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil campus; Ranjith Kumar, Department of Physical Education, Srinivas University, Mukka Campus; and Pramith, Department of Physical Education, Srinivas University, Mukka Campus. The institute expressed its sincere gratitude to the dignitaries for their presence and encouragement.
The competitions witnessed active participation from BOT students, creating an atmosphere of healthy competition and camaraderie. The event concluded successfully, reflecting the institute's commitment to the holistic development of its students through sports and extracurricular activities.
