Mangaluru, Aug 14: Milagres Central School, Mangaluru, celebrated Health Week with great enthusiasm on August 13, with students taking part in a range of activities promoting healthy lifestyles and wellbeing.
The programme began with a melodious prayer song, followed by a warm welcome to the principal and the gathering. Students then presented a healthy habits Display highlighting the importance of nutritious food, regular exercise, limiting screen time, proper handwashing and maintaining clean surroundings.





Various competitions were conducted as part of the celebration, including healthy food basket display, collage making, rainbow salad bowl, poster making and cooking without fire.
The winners of the competitions were presented with prizes in recognition of their participation and creativity.
Fr Joseph Uday Fernandes, principal, delivered an inspiring message on the importance of healthy living and developing good health habits.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the singing of the school anthem.
