Railways revise train timings on Mangaluru–Subrahmanya Road route from Aug 25

Mangaluru, Aug 21: The Railways has revised the timings of several trains operating through the Mangaluru–Subrahmanya Road section towards Bengaluru, with the changes coming into effect from August 25.

According to a release from the Palakkad Division of Southern Railway, Train No. 16512 Kozhikode–KSR Bengaluru Express will depart Bantwal at 8.47 pm instead of 8.52 pm and Kabaka Puttur at 9.15 pm instead of 9.20 pm.

The Karwar–KSR Bengaluru Panchaganga Express (16596) will depart Subrahmanya Road at 1 am instead of 12.15 am. Its departure from Sakleshpura has been revised to 3.05 am from 2.50 am, while from Hassan it will depart at 4.10 am instead of 3.55 am.

The Murdeshwar–SMVT Bengaluru Express (16586) will leave Bantwal at 7.17 pm instead of 7.22 pm, Kabaka Puttur at 7.45 pm instead of 7.50 pm and Subrahmanya Road at 8.40 pm instead of 8.45 pm.

Meanwhile, Train No. 17337 Vijayapura–Mangaluru Central Express will arrive at Mangaluru Central at 10 am instead of 9.55 am.

The Subrahmanya Road–Mangaluru Central Passenger (56628) will depart from its originating station at 8.45 pm instead of 8.40 pm, with the five-minute delay applicable at the en-route stations as well. The train will reach Mangaluru Central at 11.20 pm instead of 11.10 pm.

Passengers travelling on these routes have been advised to take note of the revised timings while planning their journeys from August 25.
