This is just the tip of the iceberg. In this racket, restaurant owners, liquor vending shops, police officials in the locality and the handlers are involved.
They get sugarcane molasses alcohol from interior Karnataka & Goa. They make duplicate Quarter & Half bottles of foreign liquors of all fast moving brands. They then distribute them to the bar & restaurants and liquor shops for cheaper rate. This way the restaurants and liquor shops dupe the gullible customers in lucrative regions of Karnataka & Kerala. They work with full knowledge of the whole operation by the police officials of that region for handsome-Hafta.
If the Excise & Police department wants to expose this racket, any whistle blower will give details of all the duplicate foreign spirit racket that is happens openly in their region in a big way.
Sadly, poor School/College out youngsters are involved in this racket.
