Beltangady, Mar 27:
A couple identified as Balakrishnan (45) and his wife Sharada (38), natives of Chanthady in Kanhangad in Kasargod district allegedly committed suicide at a lodge in Dharmasthala. They were on a visit to the town and were found to have hanged themselves.

Their three children Unnikrishnan (12), Nithin (9), Harikrishnan (6) have been taken by Beltangady police station now and the tragic incident has been reported to the family of the deceased. The reason behind this extreme act is not yet known.

It is learnt that the couple with their children had come to the Dharmasthala temple on Monday March 26, and on Tuesday morning at around 10.30 am they were found dead.
 
A death note written in Malayalam was found on the spot. Sharada is a native of Chengala in Kasargod. A ticket bound for Dubai (dated March 28) in Balakrishnan’s name was also found, police said. Balakrishnan was working in Dubai earlier.
 
Police also said that the family of the deceased are on the way to Dharmasthala now.

    Every individual are having their own limit of handling stress & troma in their life. I am very moved by the fact that even in their death bed, they are holding their hands which reflects the love & trust for each other. Dubai is not the heaven for every one, specially when you are living alone & mechanically. I have my concern for those kids...

    Dear God, forgive thier acts and take them to heaven to experience your love. Can thier children be tracked and helped ? Could we help them ? Helping the needy has boundries or langauges.

    This is a sad sight, Suicide is not an answer t nay problem in life May be a timely counselling could have averted thsi disaster Feeling very sad for the youn children WHat to do ? sometimes lifes cruel indeed !!!

    This suicide incident baffling me because having ticket to Dubai and earlier worked in abroad what made to take this extreme step?Why they did not think of their NANNE MUNNE Childrens.Authorities need to go for comprehensive investigation so that any foul play did not take place.May soul rest in peace.

    These people known from God's own country at the end taking their own decision to end their life. See the ratio of suicide cases in Middle East among Indian's majority from Kerala.Reason they are not trustworthy.
