Mangaluru, Aug 29: The lyrical video of ‘Malligedha Saal Saal’, a new Tulu song from the upcoming movie ‘Toss’, has been released exclusively on the official YouTube channel of Anand Audio.
The song features Arjun Kapikad and others and is sung by Abhishek M R. The lyrics have been penned by Dr Devdas Kapikad, while Kadri Manikanth has composed, arranged and produced the music.
The strings have been arranged by Sagar Gururaj, with rhythm by Kalyan Chakravarthy, flute by Neethu Ninaad and guitars by Charan Rao.
Vocals were recorded at Oktave Studio, Bengaluru, while the guitars were recorded at Kadriskeys Studio, Bengaluru. Adil Nadaf was the recording engineer at Oktave Studio. R Babu Rasheed served as music coordinator, Shravan Acharya as project assistant, and K Dhanashekar handled the mixing and mastering.
Toss is directed by Arjun Dev and produced by Sagar Poojary under the banner of P&Y World Tour LLP. The story, screenplay, dialogues and lyrics are by Dr Devdas Kapikad.
Joel Shaman D’Souza is the cinematographer, while Yashwin K Shettigar is the editor. Arjun Dev and Vikram Devadiga are the co-writers.
Shaneel Gautham is the creative head, with Vikram Devadiga, Yashanth Kalladka and Rakesh BJ serving as associate directors. The assistant directors are Sourav Ram, Sujith Vinod, Sunil Ashoknagara and Ashish Rao.
Anup Sagar is the stylist, while Aman Prakyath is among the camera assistants. Action direction has been handled by Dhilip M Raj, Arjun Raj and Tiger Shiva.
Naveen Rai Kerebail is in charge of post-production, with N Sandeep Shetty serving as executive producer. The choreography is by Deekshith Kumar, Tejas Poojary and Elton Jeff.
Shabareesh Kabbinale and Santhosh Acharya are the production managers. Maya Di Yara has handled makeup, Supreeth BK the VFX, Abhijeeth Kumar the stills, and Deepak Hanson Pinto the dubbing.
With its ensemble of Tulu cinema talents and a music team featuring established names, ‘Malligedha Saal Saal’ adds to the anticipation surrounding Toss.
