Dubai: Bearys Cultural Forum to Host 'Beary Chammana' on April 20

Dubai, Mar 28: Bearys Cultural Forum (BCF) under the leadership of president Dr B K Yousuf will host 'Beary Chammana 2012', a mega cultural programmed scheduled to be held on April 20 at Radisson Blue Hotel, Deira Creek Side, Dubai.

BCF is 'a path to the professional educational endeavour, achievement and excellence.' BCF is now committed to conduct “Family Get together and Chammana 2012' in Dubai.

The main objectives of the Chammana 2012 are:

- To conduct mega Beary cultural gathering in the United Arab Emirates.

- To introduce, disseminate and felicitate the achievements of the top Bearys of the world in their respective fields.

- To uphold the culture of the Bearys and meet professional educational excellence.

- To provide an opportunity to interact with the renowned “Thought Leaders” from India and United Arab Emirates and felicitate them.

- To conduct a family get together, as a mark of maintaining Beary culture, language and heritage.

The mega cultural programme 'Chammana 2012 and Felicitation function is scheduled to start at 2 PM and conclude at 11 PM with buffet dinner.

M K Lokesh, ambassador of India in UAE has agreed to grace the function as guest of Honor. Bearys Cultural Forum (BCF), UAE was constituted in May 2003 under the auspices of the Indian Islamic Centre, Dubai in order to provide education to the poor masses of the coastal parts of the State of Karnataka. BCF’s main objective is to promote, educate and create social, cultural and educational awareness amongst the Bearys and the downtrodden population of the coastal Karnataka State and the UAE. The BCF regularly conducts cultural, sports, talent search, educational activities, career guidance seminars, Iftar party, etc. every year. BCF also provides educational scholarship to the poor downtrodden students for pursuing their higher studies in the field of medicines, engineering, pharmacy, business, management, nursing, journalism, dentistry, etc.
