Mangaluru: Man accused of demolishing compound wall with JCB in Kunjathbail, complaint filed

Mangaluru, Sep 6: A complaint has been lodged at the Kavoor police station alleging that a man illegally demolished the compound wall of a house in Kunjathbail on Friday.

The complaint was filed by the house owner, Liji Mol. She alleged that a person named Dayananda demolished the compound wall of her property using a JCB excavator.

In her complaint, Liji Mol stated that a civil dispute regarding her site in Kunjathbail is already sub-judice and court proceedings are underway.

Amidst this ongoing legal battle, Dayananda allegedly took the law into his own hands and brought down the wall, causing her significant financial loss.

The Kavoor police have registered the complaint and are further investigating the matter.
