Mangaluru, Sep 13: Mount Carmel Central School, Maryhill, Mangaluru, recorded a proud achievement at the Geethagayana competitions organised by the Bharath Scouts and Guides, Mangaluru North Unit on September 12, with its cubs, scouts and guides units making a mark through their musical talent, enthusiasm and teamwork.

The cubs emerged winners by securing first place, while the scouts and guides secured second place in their respective categories. Adding to the school’s achievement, the bulbuls participated enthusiastically and were awarded participation certificates for their spirited involvement.

The impressive performances of the cubs, scouts and guides earned all three groups qualification for the district level competitions and bringing great pride to the school family.

The achievement reflects the students’ dedication, discipline and confidence, as well as the guidance and encouragement of their mentors. Their success at the Geethagayana competitions is a testimony to the spirit of participation, teamwork and excellence nurtured at Mount Carmel Central School.
