Beltangady, Sep 15: A car carrying four members of a family from Kolar district overturned after the driver lost control near the service station turn close to Netravathi bathing ghat in Dharmasthala village on Monday night, September 14.
The family had visited Dharmasthala temple and was travelling towards Ujire in a Toyota Etios when the accident occurred at around 9.30 pm near the turn beside the service station at Netravati.
Three persons, including the car driver Shashikumar, sustained injuries to their hands and legs in the accident. They were immediately shifted to a private hospital in Ujire for treatment.
Beltangady traffic police visited the spot and conducted an inspection.
