New Delhi, Sep 16: A young man who dropped out of his BTech course to help clear a Rs 40 lac family debt is now earning over Rs 80 lac a year through his business ventures. This success story of Avinash Mada from Andhra Pradesh has gone viral on social media, garnering massive appreciation. Facing a financial crisis at the age of 18, Avinash chose to think differently instead of taking the traditional employment route. Today, that bold decision has transformed his life.
Hailing from Andhra Pradesh, Avinash's father is a farmer and his mother is a homemaker. When he was 18, the family faced an unexpected financial crisis. A severe loss in his father's business resulted in a mounting debt burden of around Rs 40 lac. Caught between the pressure of the loans and the responsibility of pulling his family out of the crisis, Avinash began to think seriously about his future.

At the time, Avinash was in his first year of BTech. He questioned whether completing his degree and taking up a traditional job would realistically change his family's financial situation. He realised that even if he finished his engineering degree and secured a job with a monthly salary of Rs 30,000 or Rs 40,000, it would take years to repay the massive family debt. Thus, he decided to forge a different path.
To alleviate the financial burden, Avinash made the tough call to drop out of his BTech education. He pivoted his focus to learning digital marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO). Despite having no prior business experience, he dedicated himself to upskilling. Soon after, he launched a digital marketing agency and began scouting for clients. While leaving college to dive into entrepreneurship was a massive risk, his hard work quickly began to yield results.
According to Avinash, he successfully acquired clients from the United States and the United Kingdom by the time he was just 19. Within a year of starting the agency, he claims to have earned around Rs 30 lac. By continuously refining his skills in the digital marketing sector, he steadily expanded his business footprint.
The decision to quit formal education and start a business was daunting, and the future seemed uncertain. However, his mother stood as a pillar of support during this phase. She encouraged him to give the business a try, reassuring him that if it did not work out, he could always return to his studies. Avinash notes that her words instilled immense confidence in him, allowing him to chase his entrepreneurial dreams without worrying about societal expectations.
The journey that began with dropping out of college has now reached impressive heights. Avinash is currently the founder of IG Accelerators and Freedom with AI. Through these ventures, he now generates an annual revenue of over Rs 80 lac. Remarkably, he claims to have achieved this level of income without any initial capital investment. The journey that started with the distress of a Rs 40 lac debt has culminated in a highly successful enterprise.
Reflecting on his success, Avinash credits his life-changing turnaround to learning practical skills and taking calculated risks. He believes that extraordinary opportunities often present themselves when one is willing to step outside conventional paths. However, he emphasizes that merely taking risks is not enough; acquiring market-relevant skills, maintaining consistent effort, and identifying the right opportunities are equally crucial for success.
