Ryan International School, Nallasopara hosts pickle making workshop

Mumbai, Sep 17: Ryan International School, Nallasopara, organised a pickle-making workshop for students of grades 6 to 10, with parents and grandparents participating to pass on their traditional pickle-making skills.

Students learned ingredient selection, hygiene practices and preservation techniques, then designed labels and stickers for their products gaining early exposure to branding and presentation.

The activity fostered teamwork, creativity and problem-solving while strengthening intergenerational bonds.

The workshop blended traditional wisdom with entrepreneurial thinking, encouraging students to see homemade skills as the seed of future business ideas
