Karkala, Sep 22: Four students of Christ King Pre-University College, Karkala, have been selected to represent the taluk at the district-level football tournament.
The selections were made during the Karkala taluk-level Pre-University boys’ and girls’ football tournaments organised by the Department of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka, at Dr N.S.A.M. Pre-University College, Nitte.
In the girls’ category, first-year Commerce student Zubeda Zahid Hussain and first-year Science student Rafia Banu secured selection for the district-level tournament.
In the boys’ category, first-year Commerce student Swastik Bangera and first-year Science student Samruddh Shetty were selected.
The achievement has brought pride to Christ King Pre-University College, with the institution congratulating the four students on their selection and wishing them success at the district-level tournament.
