Chandigarh, Sep 24: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 final results have been announced, and Chandigarh's Bhavika Chopra has made her mark by securing the impressive All India Rank (AIR) 25.

For Bhavika, the journey to the top 50 has been one of perseverance and determination. This was not her first success in the prestigious examination. In her previous attempt in 2023, she had secured an AIR of 476 and was selected for the Indian Postal Service. Not resting on her laurels, she decided to attempt the exam again with renewed focus to improve her rank, ultimately making it to the toppers' list this year.

Born and raised in Chandigarh, Bhavika has consistently demonstrated academic excellence. She completed her schooling at Carmel Convent School in the city, securing an outstanding 97.4% in her 12th-grade board examinations.

Beyond her academic brilliance, Bhavika's quick wit and presence of mind have also garnered attention online. A clip from one of her UPSC mock interviews recently became a talking point.

During the interview, a panelist lightheartedly pointed out her tall stature and asked for her exact height. With a smile, Bhavika replied that normally she is 179 cm tall, but on a "good day," her height becomes 180 cm.

Her humorous, confident, and spontaneous response left the interview panel in splits, perfectly showcasing her smart and engaging personality alongside her academic capabilities.
