Karkala, Sep 26: Belman is set to witness an evening that brings together music, entertainment, young talent and the vibrant spirit of the Konkan performing arts community as Sirakh Creations presents its First Musical Night on October 2 at St Joseph Church Ground, Belman, from 6:30 pm onwards.
Organisers behind Sirakh Creations
Jawahar L Castelino and Joseph Mendonca are the organisers and owners of Willbird Al Sirakh Management Consultancies Pvt Ltd, under which the Sirakh Creations initiative is being presented.
The event is designed as more than a conventional musical programme. It brings together accomplished musicians, celebrated singers, dancers, choir members, young performers, an illusionist and an experienced host to create an evening built around live music, entertainment and shared experiences.
The musical force behind the evening
At the heart of the musical experience is Band Elite, co-founded by Karen Crasta and Wilson Lasrado. Karen Crasta also serves as the event coordinator for the evening, bringing together the artistes and performers and coordinating the overall presentation of the programme.
Leading the musical arrangements is Sandeep Roche, the music director and keyboardist of Band Elite. He will oversee the musical direction and arrangements for the event, working closely with the instrumentalists and singers to create a cohesive live musical experience.
Band Elite – The instrumental backbone
Band Elite brings together six musicians, each contributing a different musical strength to the live production:

• Ashwin Sequeira – Drums
• Alister D’Souza – Lead guitar
• Prajwal Fronteiro – Trumpet
• Reuben Machado – Flute & saxophone
Together, the musicians form the instrumental backbone of the evening, providing the rhythm, melodies and live energy that will accompany the singers throughout the programme.
An evening of celebrated voices
The musical night brings together singers with notable achievements and experience in the Konkani music scene. Leading the lineup is Karen Crasta, winner of MUKA Voice of Konkan, UK, and honoured with the title Queen Voice of Konkan.

Bringing together voices from different musical journeys, the programme is expected to offer audiences a varied repertoire supported by a full live instrumental arrangement.
Harmony from the Blue Angels Choir
Adding another layer of musical depth will be the Blue Angels Choir, who will provide backing vocals throughout the evening. Their harmonies will complement the lead singers and live band, adding fullness and richness to selected performances.
Music meets dance
The Urban Groove Dance Team will bring the music to life through movement and choreography. Their energetic performances will complement selected musical numbers, adding a visual dimension to the programme and creating a dynamic stage experience for the audience.
A special appearance by the Young Voices of Aura
One of the meaningful highlights of the evening will be the participation of ten young students from Aura By Karen Vocal Classes. These budding singers will step onto the stage alongside experienced musicians and performers.
For the young performers, the opportunity is about more than simply appearing on stage. It gives them the chance to build confidence, experience a professional performance environment and create memories that may inspire their musical journeys in the years ahead.
A touch of magic
The programme will also feature a magic show by Badshah the Illusionist, adding mystery, illusion and another form of entertainment to the night.
Hosted by MC Sheldon Crasta
Keeping the evening connected and engaging will be MC Sheldon Crasta, who will host the programme. From introducing performers and interacting with the audience to linking the different segments of the evening, the host will help maintain the energy and flow of the event.

Tickets for Sirakh Creations’ First Musical Night are available in four categories: General – Rs 100, Silver – Rs 250, Gold – Rs 500 and VIP – Rs 1,000.
