Podar School students gain practical skills through 'Kaushal Bodh' kitchen garden activity

Media Release

Mangaluru, Oct 1: Students of Podar School took part in a hands-on kitchen garden activity under the Kaushal Bodh programme, gaining practical experience in preparing the soil, planting vegetables, harvesting the produce and cooking the vegetables they had grown.

The activity provided students with an opportunity to develop teamwork, responsibility and practical skills while fostering an appreciation for growing their own food.

The principal joined the students during their first harvest and encouraged them throughout the learning experience.
