Mangaluru: H R Alva's book 'Canaranth Badlallem Jivit aani Her Lekhanam' released

Mangaluru, Oct 1: 'Canaranth Badlallem Jivit aani Her Lekhanam', a book containing 25 articles of great relevance authored by H R Alva and published by Mariads Prakashan, was released at the Daijiworld head office here on Thursday, October 1.

Albert W D'Souza, chairman of Printania Offset Pvt Ltd, Model Bank, Mumbai, ALDEL Education Trust, and president of the Maharashtra Konkani Basha Mandal, released the book.

Sahakari Ratna Anil Lobo, chairman of MCC Bank Ltd, Mangaluru, released the publicity brochure of the book.

Walter D'Souza, founder and CEO of Daijiworld Media Private Ltd, presided over the function.

Fr Rupesh Madtha, editor of Raknno weekly, and Fr Chethan Lobo, director of Assisi Press, Mangaluru, were the guests of honour.

H R Alva, author and publisher, welcomed the gathering. Concepta Fernandes, former assistant director of All India Radio, Bengaluru, compered the programme and proposed the vote of thanks.

Dr Charles Pais, registrar of St Johns Campus, Palghar, Stany Bela, Melwyn Rodrigues, Ronald Nazareth, Praveen Tauro, Vincy Pinto, Harsha Alva, and Heera Alva were present.
