ShepHertz unveils AI models; Black Opal consultants IPO gets strong response

Daijiworld Media Network - New Delhi

New Delhi, Oct 2: ShepHertz has unveiled three India-built artificial intelligence model families — Tatva, Sanjaya and Drashta — designed to operate fully offline on constrained devices ranging from satellites to smart rings.

The models were unveiled at Drone Expo 2026 and are part of the company’s AgentAnywhere sovereign AI platform, according to a statement.

Tatva is designed for on-device command functions, Sanjaya focuses on fleet and telemetry intelligence, while Drashta is built for machine vision applications. The company said the models can run on constrained hardware without requiring a connection to cloud infrastructure.

ShepHertz has also announced plans to open-source its trust toolchain under the Apache 2.0 licence, beginning with Shuddhi, a data factory designed to provide every AI training corpus with a signed and verifiable receipt.
“Tatva, Sanjaya and Drashta are built for exactly that. And trust cannot be a black box, so we are opening the tools that make it verifiable to every builder in India and beyond,” said Siddhartha Chandurkar, Founder and CEO of ShepHertz Technologies.

Meanwhile, Black Opal Consultants’ initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed nearly 74 times at the close of bidding, according to a company statement.

The Rs 55.08-crore IPO received bids for 13.72 crore shares against the 18.6 lakh equity shares on offer, according to data from the BSE SME platform.

The non-institutional investor portion was subscribed 124.29 times, while the retail individual investor quota received 60.15 times subscription. The qualified institutional buyer category was subscribed 59.77 times.

The price band was fixed at Rs 185 to Rs 197 per equity share. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 22.38 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 5.58 lakh shares.
