Global Sympathy Foundation extends financial assistance to Kutluru govt school

Beltangady, Oct 3: International judo coach and Karnataka State Judo Association president Yathish N Bangera and Global Sympathy Foundation president Rons Bantwal visited Kutluru Government Higher Primary School in Beltangady taluk and interacted with the students.

The visitors appreciated the students’ concern for the environment and planted rambutan saplings at the school’s Fruits Park. The Global Sympathy Foundation also extended financial assistance towards the school’s educational activities.

Speaking after being felicitated, Yathish N Bangera said the government school in the rural area was a model institution and assured that all possible assistance would be provided for its development.

He also said free judo training would be provided to students of government schools in rural areas in the coming days, with the aim of providing them opportunities to participate in international sporting events, including the Olympics.

Karnataka Working Journalists Association state executive committee member Srinivas Nayak Indaje, School Development Committee president Kanak Varma Jain, headmistress Flavia D’Souza, teachers, parents and students were present.
