Nagoya, Oct 4: The Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 2026 will conclude on Sunday, bringing more than two weeks of sporting action to an end with the closing ceremony at the Nagoya City Mizuho Park Athletic Stadium in Japan.
The ceremony, scheduled to begin at 6 pm IST, will be held at the same venue that hosted the opening ceremony. It will feature traditional closing proceedings, including the parade of athletes and the formal conclusion of the Games.
India has enjoyed an impressive campaign at the Games, finishing fourth in the overall medal standings with 85 medals, comprising 21 gold, 27 silver and 37 bronze.

Shooting star Neeru Dhanda has been named India's women's flag-bearer for the closing ceremony and will lead the Indian contingent carrying the Tricolour in Nagoya.
The closing ceremony will mark the end of the continental sporting extravaganza, which brought together athletes from across Asia for competition in a wide range of sports.
