Mumbai, Oct 11: Bellona Hospitality, the food and beverage arm of Phoenix Mills Ltd, is targeting revenue of Rs 600-650 crore by the financial year 2029-30, driven by plans to expand its portfolio to 100 restaurants, a senior company executive said.
The company, which operates 32 restaurants across five cities, reported revenue of around Rs 150 crore in FY26, Managing Director Prashant Issar told.

Bellona Hospitality operates six brands — Ishaara, Dobaara, Cha Hongkong Eating House, Eight, Allora Milano and Legume — across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Lucknow.
The company has earmarked Rs 100 crore in capital expenditure for its expansion plans, which will be funded through internal accruals. The initial focus will be on strengthening its presence in the five existing cities, particularly where its established infrastructure can support faster expansion.
“We plan to add another 20-30 outlets across these cities, where our existing infrastructure will make expansion easier and more seamless. We will then look at other major markets, including Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR,” Issar said.
The company also plans to expand into upcoming Phoenix malls in cities such as Kolkata and Indore. Issar said Bellona would consider new locations whenever suitable opportunities arise, with a focus on high-footfall destinations such as tourist and commercial hubs.
The next phase of expansion will primarily focus on the Cha, Ishaara and Eight brands, he added.
On overseas expansion, Issar said the company would concentrate on the Indian market for now, citing sufficient growth opportunities in the country.
“Now our focus will only be on India,” he said, adding that the Middle East, which appeared attractive a few years ago, was currently facing challenging circumstances.
