Sharjah: Alliance Friends' Association Confirms Dates for Tournaments

Sharjah, Apr 3: Alliance friends association has confirmed dates for their forthcoming tournaments which will be held on university grounds, here. Alliance Trophy 3 will be held on April 20. Alliance trophy 2 will be held on April 13.

There will be eight prominent teams contesting for the trophy. Winners will fetch AED 1,500 and runners up AED 1000. Man of the match will be given AED 500.There will be a special prize of AED 1,000 for a outstanding Team.

Matches will begin at 7 am with the first match being played between Alliance and Johnson Arabia followed by other matches. Every match will be of 12 overs with final expected to be 15 overs match.

Alliance trophy 3 will be organizing trophy 3 on April 20. Entries are still open for the same. There will be ten entries here. Interested parties may write to alliancefriendscricketers@gmx.com or call 055 3341714(Ayaz) for the final selection. Entry fee AED 500. Overs ten for all matches with finals 15 overs each for the finalists.

Winners will fetch AED 2,000 and runnersup AED 1000. Man of the match will recieve AED 500 . Special prize of AED 1000 will be granted for a outstanding team.
