Newly-weds Argue, Commit Suicide in Pakistan


Islamabad, Apr 24 (IANS): A newly-wed couple died after they swallowed poisonous pills following an argument in Pakistan's Lahore city.

Ameer Ghufran Khan, 25, and Munazza Ameer, 24, had a love marriage about six months back.

Geo News reported that the young couple had been having arguments since their honeymoon.

A couple of weeks back, Munazza left for her parent's home and Ameer brought her back.

On Monday, both again fought, after which they swallowed poisonous pills.

After taking the pills, Ameer called up his parents who took the couple to hospital where they died.
