Most Welcome to Fr Edwin Pinto.
He is the Person who Gave a shelter to us free of cost in Vamanjoor church compound along with other families,Still I remember him and his "MARLI SHENDI" word from my father. My father worked almost 20 years along with him, but he (father)is gone. I am grateful because Fr. Pinto done great job for the parish people. We all come together in this great day and we have to thank him for that. May God give him good health and strength to continue helping the poor.

    GOOD WISHES FROM:

    RESHMA PINTO

Fr. Edwin Pinto was Parish Priest of Sasthan when I was very small. He used come to our house to catch fish. My priest uncles composed a song on him, saying the crab caught his leg but got only bones, he was very thin. Wonderful priest verygood friend of my dad. God bless him. Very happy to know he is in Rome, serving pope. He was the director of CODP and helped lots of family with loans n advances. In Sasthan too he started boat fund n gave boats to parishioners on instalment basis. Even diesel engines. Sasthan Parishioners will never forget Fr. Edwin Pinto n Fr. Vincent Marties.
