Malathi was a role model of a wife and was strong support and a source of joy and encouragement to Dr. B.M. Hegde. I have known her well and it was a pleasure to speak with her whenever I called her phone number. She was a humane human being and has left behind wonderful memories of herself as a loving and caring mother and an ideal wife. Her going away has left a void in the hearts of many and particularly her husband and children.

May The Good Lord give courage and strength to Monappa to bear this irrepairable loss.

Monappa - I join scores of people in offering you my most sincere sympathies. May The good Lord bless you and be by your side during this period of trial.

For Dr. Hegde, it is an unwelcome and unbearable depth of pain, he alone has to experience. Any amount of condolences will not relieve him of emotional pain of bereavement. Our words of sympathy may temporarily soothe his pain.
Hence I and my family send our deeply felt condolences to
    Dr. Hegde and his family.
