Unclaimed Bag Triggers Bomb Scare at Bangalore Airport

Bangalore, May 31 (PTI): An abandoned bag created a bomb scare at the international airport here today before police found it contained only a laptop.

Security personnel deployed at the airport went into a tizzy after the bag was noticed lying unclaimed and informed the airport police.

Bomb squad and sniffer dogs were immediately pressed into service but they found only a laptop inside the bag, police sources said.

It was later found that the bag had fallen down from the luggage trolley of a passenger who had arrived from Muscat and he had failed to notice it. He claimed the bag later.

With the fear of bomb no one robbed the bag. The guy was lucky to get back his laptop.

    Dear Rakesh Shetty,

I really do not undestand, your point here. What your statements have to do with the luggage fallen down for the trolley of a passenger. Be a civilized and matured man. I do agree that there is corruption every nook and corner, may it be NDA, CONGRESS and there is no exception for BJP.
I honestly believe, in this forum at least if we comment to the point will be much appreciated.

Why this frustration? what anyone can gain out of it?

Rohith, I totally agree with you. All the parties are same, all are corrupted. I don’t think Central Government is so bad comparing Karnataka state politics to maintain their corruption and corrupted money.

Praful Patel is the cause for what is Air India today. But, this is the area of Airport Authority of India. Let us keep Ajit (if it was our AjitH from south, we would have hammered him down to normalcy).
