Mangalore: Keep Your House Clean First: Sadananda to Rahul

Mangalore, Jun 3 (PTI): Hitting back at Rahul Gandhi for terming BJP-ruled Karnataka as the "most corrupt" state, Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda today said the UPA government was steeped in scams and asked the Congress General Secretary to keep his house clean before criticising others.

Rahul has no right to criticise the BJP when Congress- led UPA government is steeped in corruption and scams, he told reporters. "The Congress leader must first keep his house clean before criticising others," he said.

Rahul had yesterday lashed out at the Sadananda Gowda government, saying there was no other state as corrupt as BJP-ruled Karnataka. He had asked Congress workers to stay united to remove the state government.

Speaking in Chitradurga, Gowda said despite Congress president Sonia Gandhi's recent visit to a drought-affected village, the Centre had not responded to the plight of the farmers.

As against the drought-relief of Rs 6,500 crore sought by Karnataka, the Centre had sanctioned only Rs 283 crore, Gowda said.

    Gowdre, 100% agree with you. But Congress House has become so dirty with countless Corruption Scandals that they can not clean any more like its happened to Star News Channel, they had to close some News Channel for good.

    People kept so much faith on Congress for several decades but these Congress Leaders played with emotions of Common People. Same people voted for BJP instead of Congress & its 40 Chores but unfortunately few of them started walking on the same path of Congress Leaders. Better you stop blame game else BJP too fails in fulfilling Common Public’s basic needs for better life.

    Street Dogs will always bark or chase you but it will never bite you and when it starts biting everyone, our own people punish them harshly

    It is all nothing but a comedy. They wear only different clothes but when you remove it both Congress and BJP are same underneath.

    Saddu is 100% right. We have seen that ever since RTI came into effect. There is no doubt Congress is the most corrupt party.

    BJP is far behind at 2nd position. But surely will overtake Congress given a chance. They are capable of achieving both their cherished goals – beating Congis in general elections and beating Congis in making money.

    I wish Yeddy sir long life and good health – whether he is Out or In. Because he is the best bet for BJP in bringing the above 2 dreams into reality.

    most of the ministers from all party corrupted .So there is no party is better .We normal people need to work hard for our daily bread if any party comes in power ..Politicians jump one party to another for their benifits ,we only fool who vote them ..They just fight and talk in front of the public ,Internally all party politicans are toghether ..

    Out of all the states of India, Karnataka state is the most corrupt state. Dear Chief Minister Mr. Sadananda Gowda you should agree the fact.
    Now see in Mangalore only.

    WHY THE CORPORATION OFFICIALS ISSUE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE WITHOUT CHECKING THE BUILDINGS?! SEE ALMOST ALL THE APARTMENTS ARE LEAKING IMMEDIATELY AFTER HANDING OVER TO SOCIETY. GHOOSE IS PAID FOR APPROVAL OF APARTMENTS BY THE CONTRACTORS AND COMPLETION CERTIFICATES ARE ISSUED WITHOUT CHECKING.

    WHY WE HAVE TO PAY BLACK AND WHITE WHEN BUYING THE FLATS. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT KARNATAKA WHERE I LIVE EXORBITANT HOUSE RENTS AND UNABLE TO BUY A FLAT OR TO BUILD A HOUSE. TO APPROVE A PLAN TO CONSTRUCT A HOUSE A PERSON HAS TO PAY GHOOSE. TO GET ELECTRICITY CONNECTION A PERSON HAS TO PAY GHOOSE. TO GET ELECTRIC CONNECTION TO BORE-WELL PUMP A PERSON HAS TO PAY GHOOSE. A SUB INSPECTOR WANTED A TRANSFER SHOULD PAY FULL OF CURRENCY SUITCASE. WHY THE LAND VALUE HAS INCREASED SO MUCH. WHY NOT KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT IS REDUCING LAND PRICES. WHY THE GOVERNMENT INCREASED LAND REGISTRATION COST.

    EVERYWHERE GHOOSE/CORRUPTION/PETTY. NEVER ENDS THE LUSTY DESIRE OF HUMANS.
