Mangalore: Das Promotions Celebrates Decennial Year, Suggi Chits Inaugurated

Mangalore, Jun 5: Das Promotions home nursing, training center and services celebrated its decennial year on Tuesday June 5. Another venture by the firm, Suggi Chits Pvt Ltd was also inaugurated in Emporium Complex, Kankanady. 

A formal stage programme was organized in Town Hall at 5 pm to mark the occasion. The programme commenced with a musical concert by state award winner Kasturi Kamath, followed by two dance performances by children.

The programme was inaugurated traditionally by lighting the lamp by Sri Sri Sri Mohandas Swamiji, Sri Kshetra Dhama, Manila and other dignitaries present on the dais, namely N Yogish Bhat, legislative assembly deputy speaker, J Krishna Palemar, MLA, K T Suvarna, member, Dharmika Parishad, Dr Annayya Kulal, professor, Srinivas Group of Colleges, Deepa Kulal, gold medalist in powerlifting, Anil Das, proprietor, Das Promotions, Ashalatha Das, wife of Anil Das and Bharath Ullal, managing director, Suggi Chits.

Anil Das welcomed the guests and introduced his firm and the newly inaugurated Suggi Chits to the gathering. Manila Swamiji blessed the organization and the occasion. Palemar and Bhat spoke on the occasion and wished good luck to Das and praised him for his good works in the field of home nursing and hospitality. A book on the history and the functioning of the organization was also released on the occasion.

Two wheelchairs were handed over to Chethana School, Car Street. Free health insurance and financial help for education was handed over to the poor and the needy.

The programme concluded with a cultural programme by different troupes. A large number of well-wishers were present.
