Kasargod: Pakistan Citizen Taken into Police Custody for Illegal Stay

Daijiworld Media Network – Kasargod (VM)

Kasargod, Jun 14: A Pakistani citizen was taken into police custody after he was found moving about in the town without valid documents on Monday June 11.

The accused, Abdul Basha, on interrogation by police said he was from Karachi in Pakistan and had left home in his childhood due to poverty and migrated to Bangaldesh. They then migrated to Rajasthan, Hyderabad and other places in India.

Of the six children, he and his brother Naidul Basha along with their father had left to Mecca in Saudi Arabia two years back and were working as labourers. Their father passed away in Mecca, and they were deported to Bangladesh after being caught for not possessing valid papers.

Later, he and his brother worked in a bakery at Hyderabad and came to Kasargod in search of work only last week.

Police sources said that the man was suffering from mental disorder and is under medical examination.

RAW officials as well the Central Intelligence Bureau (IB) is in Kasargod to investigate Basha's background and his purpose for entering India. As he has no valid documents certifying his Pakistan citizenship, the police are in a fix as to how to deport him.

Kasargod since the last many decades has been very notorius - Smuggling activities / Duplicate Passport (Officially known as K-PP) / Printing & Circulation of counterfit Indian currency / Seems there is lot of Gulf Money being pumped into Mosques etc. etc. High time the RAW set up base there to track down what is happening - this could be a hun of terrorist activity in the long run. Mangalore may be affected !!!

Well said Lydia bai. Hand him over to Sri Rama Sene, next time he can have the honor of hoisting the Pak Flag in Siddhagi. Also he will feel at home with Muthalik (since both are suffering from mental disorder).

Kasaragod will be the heaven for terrorists in near future. So many illegal activities are going on but only a few are caught. All others have strong political support
