    Hello Guggus,
Whatever Belapu panchuyath has achieved is not because of BJP goverbment in the state. If it is the case, there are several GPs in the state wherein BJP is in majority/power.It is not so.Most of GPs are ruled by illierates, uncrupulous 'thukuda' politicians.
Belapu Panchayath's achievement is solely because Devi Prasad Shetty and team and villagers, though he is a JDS activist and Dist President of Udupi unit. His political stature does not come here for the distinction achieved by Belapu Panchayath. Please do not give undeserved credit to BJP.Let BJP majority/ruled panchayatha in the state follow Belapu style. That is ideal and proper suggestion.
