Moscow, Jun 28 (IANS/RIA Novosti): A 33-year-old entrepreneur from Russia's Krasnoyarsk city was saved by a gold chain around his neck when it deflected a bullet fired at him.
Police said the man was attacked at the entrance to his house.
When the man went into his house and was on the first floor, the doors of the elevator opened and a killer came out of it and shot the man twice.
One of the bullets hit the gold chain around the neck of the victim and rebounded from it, but another bullet lodged in the chest, officials said.
Despite the injury, the businessman fought the attacker and managed to detain him.
