Kundapur: Beejady Residents Accord Farewell to Sandalwood Movie ‘Drama’ Crew

Kundapur, Jul 6: Under the joint auspices of Beejady gram panchayat and Tekkatte Friends , a farewell function was held for Yogaraj Bhat, director of famous Sandalwood movie ‘Mungaru Male’, a native of Mandarti, and the artistes of  the movie ‘Drama’ and technicians who completed shooting for the first time in Beejady, at Sun Castle Resort, Beejady on Wednesday July 4.

The movie’s actors Yash, Neenasam Satish, Radhika Pandit, Sharat, Lohitashwa, cameraman Krishna (Kitti), and producer Jayanna were felicitated on the occasion.

Village elders Sesagiri Gota and Sridar Kundar, and Tekkatte Friends honorary president Sanjay Shetty bid farewell to the movie troupe.

Beejady gram panchayat president Jyoti Mogaveer presided over the programme.
 
Vice-president Violet Baretto, members Ravindra Dodmane, Vadiraj Hebbar, Raghavendra Achar, Prakash, Venkatesh, Ashok, Tekkatte Friends president Dayanand, Prakash Shetty, and Tekkatte gram panchayat former member Prashant Shetty were present on the occasion.

Vadiraj Hebbar welcomed the gathering.  Ravindra Dodmane compered the programme.  Suresh Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
